Hi. I'm so glad you are here. I’m Marielle, a dedicated general psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate trauma and anxiety disorders. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.
With a deep commitment to fostering resilience and well-being, I utilize therapeutic techniques grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based practices. Frequently Asked Questions
No, Psychology Solutions is a fee for service practice.
A standard session of 60 minutes costs AU$180.00. If you are registered with Medicare, you are eligible for a rebate of $96.65 per session under a mental health care plan. Medicare offers rebates for 10 sessions per calendar year. After six sessions, a mental health care plan review is required from your GP.
Payments by cash, money transfer or card are accepted.
In each session, you'll be welcomed into a safe and supportive space where we'll work together to address your unique needs. You can expect: personalised therapy; confidentiality; active collaboration and ongoing support.
You don't need to have a referral to book a consultation, unless you wish to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Self-referrals are accepted.
